Baptisms:
    1:30pm each Sunday;
arrangements are made at the Baptismal Preparation Program.  Parishioners who have children to be baptized are asked to attend a Baptismal Preparation Session.  Because Baptism is a commitment by the parents to raise the child in the Catholic faith, it is necessary that the parents presenting their children for Baptism are also living up to their own Baptismal commitment.  No date for the Baptism is made until the parents have attended one of the Baptismal Sessions.  Reservations for the sessions are limited and they fill up quickly.  Parents are encouraged to attend before the baby is born.
Marriages:
    To schedule a date for marriage, an appointment with one of the priests should be made as soon as possible and before any other marriage plans are made.  A minimum of 4 to 6 months is necessary for preparation.
Mission Statement:
    As the Catholic Family of St. Gilbert we recognize the mission of our baptism:  To share Christ with all people; to support; encourage, and enable one another to spread God's kingdom; and to deepen our relationships to God through the fellowship of our worship and ministries.
Religious Instruction:
    For adults- ACIA Program begins every Fall.
    For children- call the Religious Ed. Office or School
Ministers of Care:
    Are those parishioners that you see on Sunday morning who are called to the alter as mass concludes.  They are given a host consecrated at the mass by the celebrant.  The ministers then go from that mass to the home of a St.Gilbert parishioner who could not be at mass because of sickness or disability.
Registration:
    Newcomers are welcome in the parish and are requested to register at the Rectory.  Please notify us of a change of address.
